Abilities & Physical Abnormalities: Fluttershy is a yellow pegasus with a light pink mane and tail. Her cutie mark takes the shape of three pink butterflies.
Personality: There are ponies that are shy, timid, maybe even scaredy cats...

Then there's Fluttershy.

Fluttershy is known for being the shyest pony in ponyville; when she's first introduced, she's unable to look Twilight Sparkle in the eye, and mumbles her name repeatedly, her voice getting softer and higher, until she's squeaking from the anxiety. Her soft voice and timid nature cause her to be overlooked a lot, and she often feels as if she's invisible. She's afraid of confrontation, and so this causes her to be a pushover. It used to be so bad that ponies would free to break in line or take whatever item she was reaching for; if she even worked up the nerve to say something, all they had to do was raise their voices to get her to give in. Although, thanks to some assertiveness training (that did go wrong for a bit, but shhh), she's getting better at standing her ground -- she'll just do it in the nicest way possible.

Speaking of nice, that's one of Fluttershy's greatest attributes! She represents the Element of Kindness, after all. She's willing to give others a second chance because she believes that ponies -- er, people -- aren't bad, they just make bad choices. Her element was first made evident when she took the time to help a Manticore instead of attacking it, lHer kindness and desire to help her friends can inspire her to go beyond her normally demure self and achieve great things, such as the time she was able to help Rainbow Dash funnel water to Cloudsdale, or the time she was able to stand up to an adult dragon (one of her biggest fears) who was threatening her friends.

Fluttershy's kindness is the most evident when she's taking care of animals. Her rapport with animals is her special talent, which became evident the first time she “visited” the ground after falling from Cloudsdale. She will bend over backwards to help animals and this passion can cause her to go to extreme acts -- one time, she actually stole Princess Celestia's pet phoenix because she thought the poor thing was dying. If you want to break the ice with Fluttershy, bring along a pet or woodland creature. This fascination does have a downside, as she expects all animals to love her, and if that doesn't happen she can become...quite unhinged.

In truth, although Fluttershy might not believe it, she’s a valuable ally to her friends, who mean the world to her. Ponyville would be wanting for charm and sweetness without her.

What are your plans for the character in-game? She's much too shy for combat, but she'll be an excellent caretaker for the chocobos. I want her to be with the Mane Six, of course, but I'd also like to see her branch out and make more friends.

v) What three things would you want to have with you on a desert island? State your reasoning. Oh goodness, that sounds awful! I would take some water to stay hydrated, a hat to help keep cool, and Rainbow Dash so she could bring some rain clouds.

vi) Is it important to be liked by a wide range of people? I don't know, as long as they don't hate me.

vii) When the odds are against you, is it worth taking a chance? Well, if my friends are in trouble...
